$10/month per technician plus $3 for each published report. Drafts and edits are free. Each technician is capped at $79/month total. At $3/report, that's about 23 reports before the cap kicks in. First 5 reports are free for new accounts — no credit card required to start.

$10/tech/mo base. If you publish zero reports in a month, you pay only the $10/tech base. Compare to monthly subscription platforms at $89–109/month minimum regardless of volume.

Each technician's total monthly bill (base + inspections) is capped at $79. So if you publish enough reports that $10 + ($3 × reports) would exceed $79, you only pay $79. For a solo inspector, that means reports beyond the cap are free.

Monthly, via Square. Your invoice shows: $10 per active technician + $3 per published report per tech, capped at $79 per tech. Payment is processed automatically from your card on file.

Yes. Our state override system layers state-specific requirements on top of national standards. For example, Washington's WAC 308-408C requirements are automatically applied for WA-based inspections. Upload your state's SOP document and the engine handles the rest.

Yes. The mobile app works fully offline. Capture photos, annotate, write findings, and select from your comment library — all without an internet connection. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online.

Yes. Use the drag-and-drop template builder to create custom report layouts. Choose which sections appear, in what order, and what fields are required. Add your logo, brand colors, and custom cover page. Create separate templates for each industry you serve.

When you publish a report, you can generate a share link or send it directly to your client via email. Clients access the report through a secure, token-based portal — no login required. They can view the interactive report, download the PDF, and submit repair requests based on findings.

Yes, if you already use Square for client payments, it integrates directly. Clients can pay for inspections through the booking flow or on report delivery. SOP Reports does not take a cut of your inspection fees — we only charge for the SaaS platform.

You do. All inspection reports, photos, client information, SOP documents, and templates are your data. We claim no ownership. If you cancel, you have 90 days to export everything. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Payment information is handled entirely by Square — we never store full card numbers. We conduct regular security audits. See our Privacy Policy for our full security practices.

You have 90 days after cancellation to export your reports and data. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. We recommend exporting a backup before canceling.

The mobile app is currently in beta testing with CarisWest Inspections. Public release is planned for Q3 2026. In the meantime, the web platform is fully mobile-responsive and works on any device.
