How It Works

  1. Inspect in your language. The app mirrors your phone's language setting. Speak findings, review QC cards, and navigate — all in Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or any of our 12 supported languages.
  2. AI processes in English internally. Behind the scenes, the AI normalizes the transcript to English for the highest-quality section detection, severity classification, and SOP citation accuracy. The data stays consistent across all languages.
  3. Reports translate for your clients. When you deliver the report, it's automatically translated to the client's preferred language. A Mandarin-speaking inspector can deliver a professional English report to an English-speaking client — or vice versa.
  4. Smart double-translation avoidance. If the inspector and client speak the same language, we skip the unnecessary round-trip. The system uses the original transcript directly, preserving nuance and saving processing time.

On-Device, Offline

All translations for the inspector interface run locally on the phone. No internet required. Works in basements, crawlspaces, and rural areas with zero signal.

Consistent Data

English values are stored as canonical keys in the database. A Spanish inspector picking "Techo" and a Vietnamese inspector picking "Mái nhà" both store "Roof". Reports generate consistently regardless of inspector language.
